BOOM! Studios Renews Distribution Agreement with Multiple Distributors

New York, NY- BOOM! Studios, ComiXology and Amazon have announced today an expanded and renewed distribution agreement to sell BOOM! Studios’ digital comics and collections on the ComiXology platform and Amazon’s Kindle Store, according to an April 13 press release from ComiXology.

In addition, it was also announced that BOOM! Studios’ latest comic series from their popular BOOM! Box imprint Goldie Vance #1, written by Hope Larson and illustrated by Brittney Williams, will be launched as well this month. The comic is four-issue, teen detective, mini-series which  follows the story of a 16-year-old detective-in-training, Marigold “Goldie” Vance, who resides in Florida at her father’s resort. In her adventures she is aided by Walter, the smart but awkward hotel detective and her best friend Cheryl.

Larson is known for writing works such as “Who is AC?,” “Compass South,” and “Gray Horses.” Williams is best known for his work on Marvel’s “Patsy Walker, A.K.A. Hellcat!”
