Two Tribes Is Closing up Shop, RIVE Will Be Their Last Game

While I haven’t played any of Two Tribes previously released titles (though I should change that), I have been following their current project known as RIVE, for quite sometime. And while I got some new news about that title, I also have some heart breaking news as well. So it seems that Two Tribes has announced that RIVE will be the last game they work on and after the release of the title, the studio will be shutting down.

This is it! After more than 15 years of hard work and gallons of blood, sweat and tears, we have decided that RIVE will be Two Tribes’ final game. For this occasion we’ve created a brand new trailer, which you can see below. Feel free to share it with your readers, friends and family.

As such they’ve created this new trailer to showcase RIVE.

They go on to mention that they feel like dinosaurs in the gaming industry, which I’m sure is a joke. Though while they’ll be making their exit, they’ll still continue to support their partners as well as the gamers who’ve purchased their titles.

So if you’re heading our to GDC 2016, be sure to hunt them down and give them some grief, but more importantly check out RIVE and let them know how awesome it is.
