Thanks to Youtube user, AbelcruEX, there are several videos of current location test for Blazblue: Central Fiction online. The location test took place from July 18 – 21, at the Hey Alley arcade which is located in Akihabara, Japan.
There is no date on if and when this update will make it to home consoles.
