Mewtwo Strikes Back , Lucas Returns, More Smashing News!

Mewtwo

To start things off in today’s Nintendo Direct, we finally get a release date for the Mewtwo DLC for Smash Bros.

For those who have registered both Smash games on Club Nintendo, a DLC code will be sent out on April 15. For the rest of the public, the DLC will be open to all on April 28th for $4 on either system or buy them together at a discount price of $5.

It’s good to have you back Mewtwo!

Another big surprise that came out of nowhere, Lucas  makes his return.

His powerful PSI attacks returns and I know some who loves to main this guy. Lucas will be available in June.

Even better, if you wish to have your character to be in Smash, now you can sound out. Nintendo opened a ballot box on their Smash Site. Now you can tell Sakurai and the rest of the developers who you want in Smash. Make your opinions be heard!

Now on the cosmetic side. There are new costumes for your Mii custom fighters.

From Megaman, Link and Xenoblade, you can now dress up your Miis as these characters.  The DLC will be released on April 15. If you want to get it bundled, it will be $6 for either system. Or you can buy them together for both systems for $9.20.

You can find out more on their main site here.

Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS are available now.
