Apparently there’s a “how-to” on enabling Xbox 360 compatibility on an Xbox One. However this is fake and all it will end up doing is cause your Xbox One to go into an endless loop and affectingly bricking your unit. So if you value your system, don’t freaking do it. There is no backwards compatilibity on the Xbox One.
TLDR; Don’t do this, don’t even think about it. In fact just forget that you even saw this.
