Frontier Works and Yamaha Music Communications will debut a new virtual artist, SHINO, as part of a project that fuses singing, dancing, and CG on December 17, 2025. At 0:00 on the same day, SHINO will release the digital single “EGO,” an aggressive, hardcore EDM track.
SHINO carries both male and female souls within a single body, switching between them depending on the song or performance. Through two forms—SHINO-BEAT (male persona) and SHINO-LOOP (female persona)—their voice, speech, movements, and dance style change, offering a new form of expression alongside rhythm-driven global music such as EDM, soul, and funk.
Following the digital release, SHINO will deliver music videos, 3D live performances combining CG and dance, and social media content, offering a cross-reality experience. Fans are invited to immerse themselves in this innovative “persona-switching live experience.”
SHINO’s second single, “SUSHI BOYS HERO,” is already scheduled for release on January 7, 2026.
