The production team behind The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really Love You announced on Saturday that the TV anime will receive a third season and air in 2026. A short teaser and a visual accompanied the announcement.
Season three will introduce the characters of Chiyo Iin and Nadeshiko Yamato, Rentarou’s 12th and 13th girlfriends. Character visuals have been released, but the new cast has not been revealed yet.
The first season aired in Fall 2023 and received a 7.69 score on My Anime List. The second season aired in Winter 2025 and received a 7.92 score. The original manga by Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa has 23 volumes in print.
