The Nintendo Switch 2 has been getting a lot of attention recently, not the least of which is for its sales accolades, and the fact that more developers and publishers are bringing titles to the console at a good rate. Meanwhile, over at Xbox, it’s losing its exclusives at an astonishing rate, with not even its “classics” being immune to going multiplatform. Even with its newer titles, like the game South of Midnight, you’d think that it would be sticking around for a while, but just before The Game Awards tonight, Compulsion Games revealed something quite different.
Specifically, they announced that South of Midnight would arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 next year:

Yep, this unique title that blends magic and folklore from the Southern part of the United States will soon be playable on Nintendo systems. Then, during The Game Awards, when the title won an honor, the team also revealed that it’ll drop on PS5 next year, too. So, if you didn’t get it on Xbox, and I know a lot of you didn’t, you’ll have more options in the months to come.
