The Nintendo Entertainment Podcast is here for the holiday season! And with the return of Koopa Keith, the team will dive into some of their favorite elements of 2023!

But first, the team talks about their gaming exploits! Save for Koopa Keith, who has had it hard with life and timing lately! As for Scott, he’s been doing Genshin Impact and jumped into Gotham Knights…in more ways than one. Will has continued his trek through Like A Dragon and apparently had FEELINGS about it! And Todd discusses his time in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s DLC, “The Indigo Disk!” Did it hold up? Or were there many problems?

Then, in the news, Hideki Kamiya revealed why he left PlatinumGames! What was his reasoning for the move? Also, Aonuma reveals new lore about Tears of the Kingdom, Super Smash Bros might be getting a shared universe movie franchise, “Peaches” got snubbed from the Oscars and more!

Finally, in the main event, the guys discuss their favorite Nintendo games of 2023! What were the highlights? What games were they surprised by? Find out here!

Don’t forget that we want YOUR suggestions for opening themes for future episodes of the podcast! Send your NES, SNES, N64, Game Cube, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, or Nintendo DS suggestions via Twitter! You can reach Tri-Force Todd at @Guardians_Comic, Skull Kid Scott at @SithScott, or Wario Will at @shadowz596! AND, you can reach us at our podcast handle @NEPPodcast!
