PlayStation has revealed a new limited-edition PlayStation 5 console and DualSense controller inspired by Insomniac Games’ upcoming Marvel’s Wolverine, and yeah, there is absolutely no mistaking who this console belongs to.
The PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle is decked out in a bright yellow inspired by Wolverine’s iconic look and the Battle Reborn suit featured in the game. The front of the console features black artwork of Wolverine, along with three claw marks cutting through the design.
The included Battle Yellow DualSense follows the same theme, complete with Wolverine-inspired colors and claw marks across the controller. The bundle includes the limited-edition PS5 Digital Edition console, matching DualSense controller, and a download code for Marvel’s Wolverine, including the game’s pre-order digital content.
And if all that yellow isn’t your thing, PlayStation also revealed an Adamantium Limited Edition DualSense controller. This version trades Wolverine’s traditional colors for a metallic silver finish, complete with transparent-looking claw marks across the controller. Unlike the Battle Yellow version, however, there isn’t a complete Adamantium PS5 console bundle.
PlayStation is also selling the designs separately as console covers. Battle Yellow covers will be available for both the PS5 Slim and PS5 Pro, while the Adamantium console covers are exclusive to the PS5 Pro. That means existing PS5 owners won’t necessarily have to buy another console just to get Wolverine’s look.
In the U.S., the Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow PS5 Digital Edition bundle will cost $649.99, while both limited-edition DualSense controllers are priced at $84.99 each. The Battle Yellow PS5 and PS5 Pro console covers, along with the Adamantium PS5 Pro covers, will each cost $74.99.
All of these lovely toys will be available for pre-order on August 19, 2026, via PlayStation Direct. The limited-edition hardware will officially be released on September 15, 2026, alongside Marvel’s Wolverine, with quantities being limited.
