The MARRIAGETOXIN anime’s creditless opening and ending sequence videos are now available. Additionally, the official MARRIAGETOXIN X account posted a video of Haruki Ishiya, voice of Hikaru Gero, and Shion Wakayama, voice of Mei Kinosaki, dancing to the anime’s opening theme “Kill or Kiss.” The dance matches the motions Hikaru Gero and Mei Kinosaki do in the animated sequence.
“Kill or Kiss” by Yurina Hirate brings a sharp, modern edge to the series. The track is a club-ready anthem that mirrors the duality of the show, balancing mysterious synths with a relentless beat. Episode Two of MARRIAGETOXIN, “What is Charm, Anyway?,” provides audiences with the first-look at the opening, including Hikaru Gero and Mei Kinosaki doing a fun dance to the words “kill or kiss.”
The official X account encourages fans to give this dance a try and tag them on social media.

Yurina Hirate on the inspiration behind “Kill or Kiss:”
When recording ‘Kill or Kiss,’ I wanted to channel the world of MARRIAGETOXIN and the tension between its two leads. It’s a track I’ve personally fallen in love with, a high-energy dance number driven by a sharp, aggressive beat and haunting synth arrangements. The sound perfectly captures that ‘sweet-yet-toxic’ duality, creating an addictive sonic experience that I think fans of the original manga will really resonate with. I’m counting down the days until the premiere myself. Let’s experience this journey together!

“Shake Na Baby,” the ending theme song by rising college student artist, AKASAKI, offers fresh, pop sounds as it wraps up the missions from the dynamic assassin x marriage swindler duo.
AKASAKI discusses “Shake Na Baby:”
Hello, I’m AKASAKI, a college student singer-songwriter. I am truly honored to be performing the ending theme song for a TV anime for the very first time. And on top of that, to be involved with the wonderful work of MARRIAGETOXIN which is a series I have loved and followed for a long time, is something I am incredibly grateful for.
The song “Shake Na Baby” carries the message of the strength to keep pushing forward in your own way, even in a love full of mistakes.
I hope you enjoy the catchy phrases, as well as the energetic and nostalgic sound that matches the speed of the series, all while savoring the lingering feeling of the anime. May this song, alongside TV anime MARRIAGETOXIN, become a “First prize” memory in everyone’s hearts!
