SYSTEM AND SOUND WEBSITE UPDATES NOW LIVE
The System and Sound pages of the Calamity Angels: Special Delivery website are now live.
The System page provides information on Special Skills, Omoi Power, and other gameplay systems, such as the command system, which allows you to give orders to your team and have them fight for you. However, beware, teammates sometimes ignore your instructions, leading to unexpected outcomes that can either hinder your progress or even boost your party’s performance.
It looks like Calamity Angels: Special Delivery will be a turn-based combat system. I am hyped about that! I love turn-based combat. Though it will be interesting to see if your teammates ignoring your commands to them will be annoying, chaotic, or just part of the fun. I can imagine there being a lot of fetch quests in this game since delivery is the crux of the main setting. It will be interesting to see if these will be run-of-the-mill fetch quests or if they will tell a bigger story at play.
Calamity Angels: Special Delivery will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on February 17th, 2026. You can pre-order the game starting on the Idea Factory International website, November 4th, 2025. Right now, you can wishlist it on their website in case you don’t want to add a schedule timer for yourself.
