The Gym Leaders in Pokemon don’t often get the attention they deserve. True, they are the milestones by which you measure your journey so far, however, we only get glimpses of whom they are as a person. The anime added to their personalities in their fights with Ash, and now, Pokemon Generations has done the same.
In, “The Uprising”, the Gym Leaders of Unova rise up to fight off Team Plasma, each of them showing off the skills that helped make them Gym Leaders. All are present, even Iris, so if you have a favorite, you’ll see them here. Pokemon Generations arrives each and every Friday until the entire 18 episode series is complete.
