Fans of the upcoming release Ariana and the Elder Codex will be happy to see that Idea Factory International has released a brand new trailer. This new trailer reveals more about the story of the game.
The world of the game is explained as the world’s magical power is governed by the Seven Hero Codices. These books are located in the source of all knowledge, The Library. It only takes one unknown person to change the Hero Codices and lose the power of magic. Ariana gets assigned to be the librarian meant to fix the Seven Hero Codices and return the power of magic back to the world.
You will play as Ariana, going through the Seven Hero Codices to find what was altered and fix them.
The game launches in North America and Europe physically and digitally for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on March 24, 2026, and on Steam in Spring 2026. Fans can preorder the physical Standard Edition at IFI Online Stores and participating retailers to receive a bookmark bonus item while supplies last.
