Agent Cecil is putting American taxpayer’s money to good use to stop supervillains in the Invincible VS gameplay release trailer. Someone has to clean up the world along with the chaos, so why not Cecil? Armed with his own weapons and robot summons, he’s taking the likes of Omni Man and Invincible with his own sense of justice. Cecil was revealed in a NYC Takeover event with Skybounds’s Quarter Up dev team and Invincible creator.
Cecil gets teleportation moves to help him keep up with the powerful supers. He’s got guns to get him close up. All of his normals are gun based, including a rifle for a knockdown attack from a distance. The pistol he carries can do short-range damage as a normal. Cecil can also utilize his teleportation mid-air as well.
He doesn’t even do his own punch-in intro. Reanimen summons are used for this and other attacks. He has one similar to Street Fighter’s Akuma where all the lights go out with swarms of them attacking the opponent. Cecil is seen after the attack turning his back on his opponent, too. The range to catch the opponent, to start this, is far reaching at the very least. Shotguns are used for his heavy and the normals are cancelable into each other.
When the going gets rough, Re-Animan and the Hammer of God satellite beam are his go-to super moves. Cecil seems to be a good runaway fighter, but not without his own set of neat tools to use.
