This next story is something that’s a bit…unique…because it hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it’s a tale that many on the internet know about. Specifically, Nintendo and Amazon have been engaged in a kind of “feud” for the last few weeks, with key products from the company being taken down from the popular website. Due to this, many wondered what in the world was going on. Now, the “culprit” may have been revealed, and unsurprisingly, it has to do with the Nintendo Switch 2.
According to a new report, there were some scalpers coming from Asia and putting the Nintendo Switch 2 console, likely in its base and Mario Kart World form, and putting them on the US version of Amazon at a MUCH lower price. As such, that should’ve been stopped, but Amazon didn’t, and Nintendo was mad due to this and pulled their products.
Bloomberg: Nintendo's issue with Amazon US stemmed from 3rd Party sellers buying games in bulk from Southeast Asia and selling them under the recommended retail price.Amazon failed to stop it, so Nintendo removed itself. Both deny this report.mynintendonews.com/2025/06/30/b…

As noted by Stealth, both sides aren’t saying whether this is true and are denying any “feud” outright. However, fans KNOW that Nintendo products were off the site for a time, and it was a big deal when they came back on. Has everything been settled? It does appear that way. Whether it lasts is another matter entirely.
