Capcom Showcase 2023 takes place on June 12, will focus on existing and new games

Capcom Showcase June 12 2023

While E3 isn’t a thing anymore, that doesn’t mean that gamers still won’t be knee-deep in gaming news this upcoming week. While we already have the Xbox Games Showcase and Summer Game Fest, now Capcom has revealed that it will be hosting a live stream called the Capcom Showcase on June 12 at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET and will be streamed on YouTube, and Twitch.

The event will include approximately 35 minutes of news and updates on the latest Capcom titles. Fans are also invited to tune in early and catch the pre-show, which begins at 2:30 PM PT / 5:30 PM ET.

Tune in on June 12, 3pm PDT for a Capcom Showcase digital event featuring roughly 36 minutes of news and updates on our latest games.

See you there!

So, what is Capcom going to show off? Well, that’s what I want to know, and I’m sure you do as well. It just released Street Fighter 6, and as far as we know, there’s no new Resident Evil game or remake in development. Though, fans have been taking for that Resident Evil: Code Veronica remake, and so have I.

With Monster Hunter, Capcom just revealed that it’s hosting a separate event for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. There’s also Monster Hunter Now, a mobile game that’s being developed by Niantic. But if they manage to show a follow-up Monster Hunter World for PS5/Xbox Series X|S and PC, I’m going to lose it.

We’ll likely see and hear more about the recently revealed Dragon’s Dogma 2, a game that I’ve been waiting on for years. And perhaps we’ll finally find out what happened to Pragmata. I’d love to see more Mega Man, but it would seem that Capcom and Mega Man aren’t talking to each other anymore.

Of course, Capcom could always pull out something that we’ve never seen before, and that’s what I’m banking on.
