Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Shows Off Aionios Region, Special Edition Revealed

By Todd BlackJune 7, 2022
Xenoblade Chronicles 3

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 was supposed to come out in September, but then it got moved up to July and fans are no doubt grateful. Mainly because the game seems to be not just deep, but a true merging of all that came before, yet also carving out its own place in the Xenoblade Chronicles world. Case in point, a new teaser dropped today and focused solely on the world of Aionios.

As you’ll see below, the expansive landscapes that the four games in the series are known for is very much intact here. There are vast areas with all sorts of biomes to explore, all the while having to deal with the various creatures that call the place home. Also though, we have a look at some of the more “human touches” that will play a key part in the game.

Watch the trailer below, and be ready for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 when it arrives on July 29th.

And for those who want the special edition, you can pre-order that tomorrow at the My Nintendo Store. Only two SEs will be available to be purchased for every account. Hopefully, this allows more people to get their hands on one!

Pre-purchase for the #XenobladeChronicles3 Special Edition, launching exclusively on the My Nintendo Store, will begin tomorrow. The Special Edition will be limited to 2 per account.

Be sure to keep an eye out for an update once pre-orders are officially open! pic.twitter.com/uguvk7UlKf
