The Rising of the Shield Hero Announces Seasons 2 & 3

The Rising of the Shield Hero

It was announced during Crunchyroll Expo that the popular isekai series The Rising of the Shield Hero (Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari) will receive a second and third television anime season! Beyond that, we did not get an announcement as to when the seasons will debut. The official website; however, did release a key visual along with the announcement in Japanese which you can view below:

Iwatani Naofumi is summoned to another world to become one of the 4 heroes, namely the Shield Hero. For those who would like to read the light novel series, One Peace Books is publishing the original series and The Reprise of the Spear Hero spinoff series in English.
