Nintendo Entertainment Podcast – Episode 411 – Taking Stock

The Nintendo Entertainment Podcast is here, and with most of the gaming world focusing still on the Nintendo Switch 2, the team will have much to discuss!

First, the team reveals their latest gaming exploits! Scott has been playing a LOT of games, including the pirate adventure Phantom Brave Lost Hero, Hyper Light Breaker, and even Assassin’s Creed Shadows! As for Will, he’s continued to dive into Marvel Rivals (he’s addicted, folks!), FEH and more. Todd has reached the final phase of Metaphor ReFantazio, and it’s led to certain “feelings” within him!

Then, in the news, the Nintendo Switch 2 has continued to dominate the news cycle, with people leaking things still, and The Big N’s stock skyrocketing! Also, Moon Studios wants Banjo-Kazooie back, Dragon Quest 3 and Super Mario Party Jamboree were huge hits in Japan in 2024, and could the Nintendo Switch get “one last big title?”

Finally, in the main event, the trio look at the first year of the Nintendo Switch 2 and predict what franchises might show up in it!

So sit back, relax, and enjoy the Nintendo Entertainment Podcast!

Don’t forget that we want YOUR suggestions for opening themes for future episodes of the podcast! Send your NES, SNES, N64, Game Cube, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, or Nintendo DS suggestions via Twitter! You can reach Tri-Force Todd at @Guardians_Comic, Skull Kid Scott at @SithScott, or Wario Will at @shadowz596! AND, you can reach us at our podcast handle @NEPPodcast!
