CES 2025: First Look at My Arcade’s Sonic the Hedgehog Mighty Player Mini Cabinet

By Keith Mitchell and Angelique MitchellJanuary 10, 2025

While lingering around the My Arcade booth at CES 2025, we noticed that, in addition to the Bandai Namco and Capcom Gamestation items, My Arcade was also showcasing the SEGA brand. Specifically, they unveiled a new Sonic the Hedgehog mini arcade cabinet called the Mighty Cab, and it looks amazing. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see it in action as the screen was covered with a sticker.

The My Arcade Sonic the Hedge Mighty Player as it’s called features a 4.5-inch display, bat-top joystick, 3 gameplay buttons, start and select buttons, a power button, and a headphone jack on the button.

The My Arcade Sonic the Hedge Mighty Player will include Five titles from the Sonic the Hedgehog series:

  • Sonic the Hedgehog
  • Sonic the Hedgehog 2
  • Sonic CD
  • Sonic Spinball
  • Sonic 3D Blast

There’s also another variant called the My Arcade Sonic the Hedge Joystick Player, which features two Sonic the Hedgehog games, a different button placement, and a ball top joystick.

There’s no word on how much either of these will cost or when other of these will be released.
