Chaos Commander Launch | 6 Dec, 2024
Starting 6 December, players can participate in special ‘Chaos Commander’ events for some truly unruly mayhem! These special events allow players to purchase one random Commander deck from the following 2024 set releases; Murders at Karlov Manor, Outlaws of Thunder Junction, Bloomburrow, & Duskmourn: House of Horror. These events are also the first opportunity to obtain the first set of themed prizes only available in December 2024.
Chaos Sealed Re-launch | 10 Jan, 2025
But that’s not all – on 10 January, 2025, ‘Chaos Sealed’ events kick off the new year to celebrate the best sets from the year that was. Players will be challenged to build limited decks from themed boxes containing 4 x Play boosters, 1 x Foundations Jumpstart booster and 1 x randomised Collector booster from the same releases as ‘Chaos Commander’.
‘Chaos Sealed’ events are also the first chance for players to score the second set of rewards only available for playing in January 2025.
Hot Summer Rewards | December – January + Special Bonus Reward
Both December and January will feature new reward sets to collect only available in those months. In addition to the special ‘Chaos’ events, weekly Friday Night Magic events will offer these rewards to give players greater flexibility.
Special rewards this year include:
- December Reward Set: Summer of Magic drink cooler (green) and bottle opener, available only for December 2024
- January Reward Set: Summer of Magic drink cooler (beige) with dice bag keyring, available only for January 2025
- Ultimate Reward: Summer of Magic playmat, which is only available for attending 2 eligible events in both December 2024 & January 2025
