Today saw Ubisoft’s upcoming Assassin’s Creed Shadows get a brand new ‘World’ trailer. In this trailer, we get to see a mix of Ubisoft notes as gameplay and cinematic footage captured on PS5 or PC.
While this trailer doesn’t show us anything particularly new in gameplay terms, it does set up the world of Assassin’s Creed Shadows beautifully; from both an artistic and tonal point of view. Noting the various landscapes from lush green forests to snowy white mountains and more. There is something very serene about it, and that is exactly how I want the world of Assassin’s Creed Shadows to feel. Time will tell if the presentation and feel of playing can live up to what we’ve seen in trailers so far, but I’m looking forward to finding out!
