The tale of John Wick is over…for now…and that means that there is a void that needs to be filled. There was an ill-conceived TV spinoff that didn’t exactly turn heads. However, an upcoming movie spinoff might do better. Ballerina focuses on one of the women within John’s original crime family going off on a mission of revenge herself. She seeks to brings down the ones who killed her father and set her on this path.
As you can see below, the movie is attempting to recreate the wonder and epic brutality that the Keanu Reeves-led films did in the past. It should be noted that this film has been in the works for a while, so it’ll be interesting to see if they pull it off. Either way, you can watch the Ballerina trailer below.
