As a fan of pretty much every and anything Gundam, I was shocked to see that clog maker, Crocs, was releasing a pair of their upcoming Gundam-theme clogs. I recall that these first showed up during Anime Expo 2024, but there wasn’t a release date for them at the time.
That was until now as Croc has given these shoes are now available in children’s sizes priced at $54.99 and adult sizes priced at $74.99. The men’s Sizes are 4-17, women’s sizes are 6-12, and children C11-J6.
The Gundam All Terrian Clog is modeled after the RX-78-2 Gundam, which is pretty much the Grandfather of all Gundams, since the original Mobile Suit Gundam Anime series. Sporting the original Red, Blue, Yellow, and White colors, along with Jibbitz charms of the RX-78-2 Gundam head and shield on the shoes.
In addition to the RX-78-2 Mobile Suit Gundam-themed clogs, Crocs also released several Jibbitz featuring Amuro Ray, the original pilot of the RX-78-2 Gundam ($4.99), a Jibbitz that looks like the RX-78-2 Gundam’s head ($4.99) and 5-pack that includes Amuro Ray, Lalah Sune, Char Aznable, Sayla Mass, and the Mobile Suit Gundam anime logo ($19.99).
These are easily the first pair of clogs I’d be happy wearing. I suppose that’s how much of a Gundam nerd I am. I’ll be grabbing a pair or two, especially since my wife is always on my case about constantly wearing my shoes in the house. I’m looking for my pair to arrive and who knows, maybe I’ll review them as well.
