Creepy Nuts to Hold First-Ever U.S. Concert at Anime NYC

Creepy Nuts, best known for “Bling Bang Bang Born” from MASHLE, “Yofukashi no Uta” and “Daten” from Call of the Night, are heading to Anime NYC for their first-ever U.S. concert! The duo has also been featured several times on the YouTube show THE F1RST TAKE.

The duo will be there from August 23-25.

Anime NYC describes Creepy Nuts as follows:

A hip hop unit formed by the rapper “R-Shitei” and the DMC World DJ Championships 2019 winner “DJ Matsunaga.” They made their major debut from Sony Music in 2017, releasing “Katsute Tensaidatta Oretachie” in August 2020 and “Case” in 2021. The song “Nobishiro” has been streamed more than 100 million times for the first time. “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born”, the opening theme song for the second season of the anime “Mashle: Magic and Muscles”, is now available.

R-Shitei leads the Japanese HIP-HOP scene.

He has won the ULTIMATE MC BATTLE, the most prestigious MC battle in Japan, for 5 consecutive years, appeared at THE FIRST TIME FES as Umeda Cypher, a HIPHOP group, and served as a judge for the popular HIPHOP program “Rapstar Birth 2021”. He is a leading figure in the current HIP-HOP scene.

DJ Matsunaga – captivating with the world’s best DJ skills.

He won the DMC WORLD DJ CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS 2019 to determine the best turntablist in Japan and was crowned the “World’s Best” battle DJ. His outstanding skills and superb technique are recognized by everyone. He is also involved in a wide range of production work.
