Hiro Mashima’s EDENS ZERO Manga is Coming to an End

By Josh PiedraMay 22, 2024

It was announced that Hiro Mashima’s EDENS ZERO manga is coming to an end with just five chapters remaining. The manga made its debut in June 2018 and has since received a television anime adaptation with two seasons.

Hiro Mashima is also the manga author of Rave Master, Fairy Tail, and Fairy Tail: The 100 Years Quest, the latter of which is getting a television anime adaptation so fans still have more Mashima content to look forward to!

Kodansha is publishing EDENS ZERO along with Mashima’s other works. They describe EDENS ZERO as follows;

At Granbell Kingdom, an abandoned amusement park, Shiki has lived his entire life among machines. But one day, Rebecca and her cat companion Happy appear at the park’s front gates. Little do these newcomers know that this is the first human contact Granbell has had in a hundred years! As Shiki stumbles his way into making new friends, his former neighbors stir at an opportunity for a robo-rebellion…And when his old homeland becomes too dangerous, Shiki must join Rebecca and Happy on their spaceship and escape into the boundless cosmos.
