During PAX East 2024, we caught up with Jeff Evans, the CEO of Doom Turtle, an indie gaming studio that hails from Canada, that was showcasing its upcoming title, Legends of Starkadia, which draws inspiration from titles such as Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, Undertale, and Paper Mario.

Legends of Starkadia is a quirky turn-based RPG full of action-packed adventure! The Starkadian Empire is under attack by one of its own, and it’s up to a team of unlikely heroes to assist the resistance in restoring peace by defeating Niko and his legion of interstellar armies.

And while Jeff Evans was super busy at the event, he was able to spare a few minutes to speak to us about Legends of Starkadia.

There’s no release date for Legends of Starkadia, but Doom Turtle is looking to release a demo of the tactical RPG later in 2024. We’ll let you all know when we know more about this upcoming RPG.
