TMNT’s Shredder heads to Call of Duty as an operator this month

TMNT's Shredder with a gun

Earlier today, the Call of Duty Twitter account released a very short video that showcased an iconic character from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe; Shredder. The crossovers just keep on coming, and nobody’s childhood is safe.

Yep, everyone’s favorite turtle’s nemesis is coming to Call of Duty, on March 21, 2023. Complete with his equally iconic gear, which includes his signature helmet, and arm blades, with a canister of mutagen, or as Donny likes to call it, ooze, strapped to his back.

What we don’t know is which Call of Duty game that he’ll be playable in. Call of Duty Warzone 2, or Call of Duty Modern Warfare II, or perhaps both.

It’s not clear why old shred head is making the jump to Call of Duty, but honestly, I don’t care. He looks amazing, and I’m sure fans of Call of Duty and TMNT, will agree with me. He’ll definitely be an operator that I wouldn’t mind playing as. Though, it is going to be weird seeing Shredder rocking a gun… or is it?

Call of Duty Warzone 2, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is currently available to play on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
