Captain Marvel Struts Her Stuff in a New Marvel’s Midnight Suns Showcase

By Keith MitchellAugust 6, 2022
Captain Marvel Gameplay Showcase _ Marvel’s Midnight Sun

Just over 5 minutes of Marvel’s Midnight Suns Captain Marvel gameplay has been shown for your viewing pleasure. While Captin Marvel is already a powerhouse in the Marvel universe, with the events of Midnight Suns taking place, she’ll need every ounce of her power to help take down Lilith.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a tactical RPG, developed by Firaxis and will pit a number of Marvel superheroes against the demonic  Lilith, Mother of Demons. Awoken from her slumber, Lilith is now determined to revive her master, Chthon, and take over the entire universe.

Players assume the role of “The Hunter,” an original and customizable hero who leads a rag-tag bunch of heroes through a series of deeply tactical battles required to defeat an army of darkness and save the world. The game features heroes such as Captain America, Robbie Reyes’ Ghostrider, Blade,  and as we’ve just seen, Captain Marvel, that can be customized to fit the player’s needs.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns was initially scheduled to be released in 2021 2022 but was delayed until March 2022. It was then delayed again, with a new release date of October 7th, 2022. It will be available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC.
