Solving Ring Oridys’s Rise Puzzle in Elden Ring

During your travels in Elden Ring, you may encounter a tower called Oridys’s Rise. This tower has been locked by a barrier, so there’s no way to get in. However, down the steps of this tower is a book that says “Find Three Wise Beasts”. While you may be stumped at first, the words are referring to the translucent turtles that are in the area.

The first two are easy enough to find. One of the turtles is to the left of the book, hidden in the foliage Another turtle will appear on the path that leads to the tower.

The third turtle, however, is hidden quite well. To find this one, you’ll need to head to the lake that’s on the right of the tower. Walk to the middle of the lake. You’ll know you’re in the right spot, as you’ll notice the water start to bubble up. Strike in this location to find the final turtle. Once the final turtle is found and killed, the message “The seal on the rise opened” and you can head back to the door.

Once at the door, you’ll notice that it is now open. Head on up the stairs and path until you get to the top of the rise.

At the top of the tower, you’ll find a single chest. Inside of the chest, you’ll find the Memory Stone. Congrats! You’ve solved the riddle of Odyris’s Rise! Now take your prize and continue to quest in Elder Ring.
