Monster Hunter Rise is getting a bit of special content courtesy of fan-favorite title Okami as the game’s next big update. Capcom Collabs brings the worlds of various titles in the ever-popular studio’s roster into the world of Kamura and Amaterasu is the next to get a bit of love.
The second of this month’s updates for Rise brings on a new event with some very recognizable quest rewards. Players can get their hands on the “Ammy Costume” as a new layered armor set for their Palamute. For those who aren’t fans of the beloved Capcom franchise, the new armor makes your mount and battle companion look like the protagonist of Okami, Amaterasu.
With three more Capcom Collabs on the way before the end of the year, it looks to be an exciting time for Monster Hunter fans as well as fans of Capcom’s expanded roster of games. With such a colorful selection of titles at their disposal, we could see just about anything. But if they’re smart they’ll give the people what they really want. That’s right. Dino Crisis content.
