The Medium Heads To The PlayStation 5 In September

There goes another rumor confirmed, as Bloober Team’s survival horror game The Medium has been announced for the PlayStation 5. Yep, it’s happening!

With The Medium headed to the PS5, players will be able to experience the immersive experience of exploring two worlds simultaneously, shocking fans and new players alike throughout the game. In addition, the DualSense controller will be supported, so it will be interesting to see what Bloober Team does with it.

The Medium is a third-person psychological horror game that features innovative dual-reality gameplay. Players assume the role of Marianne, a medium gifted with several psychic abilities, as she explores the real and spirit world both separately and simultaneously to uncover a dark mystery masked by disturbing secrets, sinister spirits, and devious puzzles only a medium can solve.

Now I know this news will likely upset some fans, but this is great for everyone. Now both PS5 and Xbox Series X|S players can enjoy The Medium, especially fans of the basically dead series, Silent Hill. Especially since Akira Yamaoka, known for his work on the Silent Hill series, has worked on The Medium.

The Medium is currently playable on the Xbox Series X|S and PC.
