Resident Evil Re:Verse Set To Release Next Month

By Keith MitchellJune 15, 2021
Resident Evil RE Verse 1280x720

During Capcom’s E3 2021 Livestream, it was announced that Resident Evil Re:Verse, a game that tosses iconic characters from the universe into a deathmatch, now has a new release date. Expect to see the title sometime during July 2021.

Resident Evil Re:Verse was originally slated to be released alongside Resident Evil Village before it was delayed. This was a good move on Capcom’s part, as most of the feedback from the Re:Verse betas was not positive. That goes for my own feedback; the maps were too small, some of the characters were overpowered and ultimately soured the experience.

Honestly, I’m not excited about the release but I’ll definitely give it a try. At the very least, it came free with Resident Evil Village, so didn’t have to pay for it.

The Resident Evil Re:Verse will be playable on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
