‘Animaniacs’ is Invading Your TV (Again) this November

By Sara Roncero-MenendezAugust 7, 2020

Great news for all those love Animanics — the zany Warner Brothers (and the Warner sister) and all their friends will be coming to a screen near you again soon with brand new adventures. Hulu announced today as part of their press tour that Animaniacs will be premiering this November:

But that’s not all! The best news of all (don’t @ me, you know I’m right) is that the original actors will be back to reprise their roles! Rob Paulsen, Jess Harnell, Tress MacNeille, and Maurice LeMarche (who played Yakko/Pinky, Wakko, Dot, and The Brain) all announced they’d be joining the show in special messages posted to Hulu’s Twitter:

🐁Pinky has something to say 🐁

No word yet on if voice actors for Rita and Runt, Slappy Squirrel, Goodfeathers or other classic sketches will be back, but it is likely the characters will be making appearances in the new show.

Not enough good news? Well strap in: Hulu has already confirmed season 2 of Animaniacs is coming in 2021! So even if you blast through all the episodes super fast, you’ll have more coming your way.

Animaniacs Season 1 will premiere on Hulu on November 20, 2020.

A reporter by trade, Sara is a lover of horror, sci-fi, and all things pop culture. From indies to classics to even the strangest schlock, all movies and TV shows are fair game. She believes Batman is the most fascinating superhero, and that Silent Hill is one of the best horror franchises ever made (as long as you don't count the movies). Fun Fact: The only movie Sara will not rewatch is The Room -- once was more than enough.
