Today, during Ubisoft Forward, we finally received a look at gameplay from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, as well as a deep dive.

So far, the game is shaping up to be a worthy follow-up to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which was a very enjoyable game. We also received a release date for the game, November 17th, 2020, for Xbox One, PlayStation, and PC. What’s interesting, is it was mentioned that the game is heading to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X on November 17, 2020. Which leads us to wonder if the consoles would be out by then, or if this merely will be available ahead of time. Something to ponder.

Shown off at today’s Ubisoft Forward event, Ubisoft showed off a gameplay deep-dive of work-in-progress footage. Here we got to see a female Eivor leading a raid, learning about building a settlement for your fellow Vikings, forging alliances, and some satisfying combat.
