On the heels of the massive success of Animal Crossing New Horizons, Nintendo is hoping to impress a different sect of gamers with the release of Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition. The original game was a cult classic on the Nintendo Wii, and later got ported to the New Nintendo 3DS, but this version is the true remastered title that many who haven’t played the game before should get.

The game revolves around a young man named Shulk, who lives on a massive Titan known as Bionis. When monsters from the rival Titan of Mechanis arrive to threaten his home and his friends, he must take up the legendary blade Monado and fight back! Joining him are various friends and allies who seek to save everyone.

To get people ready for the games upcoming release, Nintendo of America has released a new informational title detailing the backstory of the game, the combat systems, the sidequests and other details that’ll get you ready for what’s coming.

Get ready for the 5/29 release of #XenobladeChronicles Definitive Edition with this new video highlighting the game’s world, characters, combat, new epilogue chapter, and much more!

The game looks very impressive, and with the new epilogue content of “Future Connected”, there’s even more to enjoy from Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition. Given the success of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 on Switch from a few years back, it’s fair to say that expectations are high for the sales of this game too.
