Locating the Bolt Cutters
If you’ve played the Resident Evil 3 Remake demo and then the full game, you may be wondering where the Bolt Cutters are. Well, they’re in a different location, so you’ll have to trek a bit further to find them.
To get the Bolt Cutters now, you’ll need to process to the point where you put out the fire with the hose. Once you do, you’ll be able to access a safe room with the Bolt Cutters being now found here.
Buy them in the shop
The other way to gain access to the Bolt Cutters is to beat the game. Once you do a Shop will open up and you can spend the points you’ve gained to purchase items. One of those items is a pair of Bolt Cutters. This makes it easier to run through the game as you can open up doors that you normally would have to wait to gain access.
This also saves you time if you’re trying to beat the game in under two hours for the achievement or bragging rights.
