We got more Streets of Rage 4 news for you fighting fans of punching stuff in the streets. Confirmed of a release date and the announcement of the return of the battle mode.

We won’t have to wait much longer as Streets of Rage 4 will be released for PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC (Steam) on April 30th, 2020. The game will release for $24.99 for the digital download. Or you can score the physical edition by Limited Run Games for some extra coin.

As for the battle mode, I had a feeling that Streets of Rage 4 would get a battle mode. It was present in Streets of Rage 2/3, and during my interview at PAX East 2020, I asked about this and all everyone did was smile. So I’m glad to see that the cat is out of the bag and the battle mode has officially been announced.

You’ll be able to play with up to 4 people locally or 2 players online (2 local + 2 online) when the game releases in both the campaign or battle mode.

So there you have it, which also should be the end of the surprises, at least for now. Are you excited that the game is also most here? Jab those comments below to let us know.
