It was announced that the Toronto International Film Festival will be hosting the North American premiere of Makoto Shinkai’s Weathering With You (Tenki no Ko) anime film! The film will be part of a special presentation and will be eligible to win the audience award at the event.
The event will be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada from September 5 through September 15; however, it wasn’t stated when during that time period the film will be viewed or if there will be multiple viewings.
