Detective Pikachu was a hit game in Japan, then came to America, and finally, became a hit movie at the box office. The game focused on a Pikachu that could talk, would drink coffee, and would work with a human to solve cases. However, as those who play the game know, the game ended on a cliffhanger. During the Pokemon press conference tonight, the head of the Pokemon Company revealed that Detective Pikachu 2 (tentative title) is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Not much is known about the game outside the platform. However, the President noted that the game will have a different ending to the one that was in the live-action movie.
With E3 2019 coming soon, we might get more info on the game.
