Fire Emblem Three Houses Special Edition Sold Out Everywhere

By Todd BlackFebruary 14, 2019
Fire Emblem Three Houses

In case you didn’t hear, there was a Nintendo Direct yesterday. And during that Direct there were many big announcements, such as Super Mario Maker 2, a remaster/remake of Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening, many 3rd party titles being ported over to the Switch and more. But, the game that was the most teased via the Directs announcement was that of Fire Emblem Three Houses. The next entry in the beloved RPG franchise is highly anticipated, but was also highly delayed. And in fact, it’s not coming out until July 26th now.

However, the true reveal trailer (which you can see below) from the Nintendo Direct did enough to cause a lot of conversation among fans. It’s a bit divisive at present, but the overall opinion is that Fire Emblem Three Houses is going off the beaten path to deliver a fresh new experience. And like previous games, mainly Fates, they had a special edition called the “Seasons of Warfare” that had a special artbook, a music CD, a calendar, and a steelbook.

If you were hoping to get it though, you’re out of luck for now. Because Gamestop, and Best Buy are all sold out of the special editions. And Wal-Mart is fluctuating between sold out and available.

So clearly there are some fans excited for the game, and many are looking forward to new details when they arrive before its July release.
