SNK Heroines Playable Launch Day Build at EVO 2018

By Zachery PaikaiJuly 31, 2018
SNK Heroines playable at EVO.

In a surprise announcement issued today, SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy will be making a playable appearance at EVO 2018. Not only will it be playable, but the version being demoed is actually the launch day build of the game. We’re essentially getting our hands on the final product early. Aside from the final character still missing from the roster; who was confirmed to be announced very soon (possibly EVO weekend).

Alongside this announcement was a little nod to who the final character might be. NIS America teased us with this little statement, “All we can say is, she sure is a Fatal cutie.” This is clearly a character from the Fatal Fury franchise. And obviously, it’ll be a female fighter seeing how the entire roster consists of female characters only. Certainly narrows down the candidates who’d fit the criteria for inclusion.

Here’s to hoping its Blue Mary…

SNK Heroines final character reveal.
Blue Mary fits the bill perfectly.

SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy releases on Sept. 7th, on the PlayStation 4 and Switch.

From the Hawaiian islands, Nanaue, the Prince of Sharks first appeared. This shark man was uncontested in terms of video game prowess. His notoriety of being a top-tier game wiz angered the envious locals and eventually forced Nanaue into exile. His hunger for competition and game knowledge grew as time past. This in tow, leads him to delve into the sea of writing and gaming culture.
