PlayStation E3 Conference Set for Monday, June 11

By VeronicaMay 11, 2018

Summer is here, and that means E3 is right around the corner! Sony has revealed the official date and time for their annual E3 conferences. The PlayStation E3 showcase will take place on Monday, June 11, at 6:00 PT. As usual, you can stream it on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, or live.playstation.com.

In the announcement, they also revealed four PlayStation exclusives that can be expected at this year’s event: Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima, Kojima’s Death Stranding, Insomniac’s Spider-Man, and Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us: Part II. It’s strange that Sony decided to confirm some of the showcase’s games, but these are more or less the usual suspects. Apart from Spider-Man, which is set to release this fall, none of these games have confirmed release dates. It’s possible a few major release announcements will be made at this year’s event, but at the same time, games like Death Stranding are likely a long ways off.

While it’s good to know we’ll be seeing some highly anticipated exclusives at Sony’s showcase, it’ll be even more exciting to see some new indie games and yet-to-be-seen third party titles.
