MMO Champion Launches Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch Sub-sites

MMO Champion, one of the internet’s leading World of Warcraft news sites, announced that they have launched two new sub-sites dedicated to Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch. Here is the official announcement from MMO Champion:

We’ve traveled with you to new zones, leveled alongside you through multiple expansions, and rejoiced with you as we defeated the Legion once and for all. Now, we’re embarking on an entirely new journey: even more Blizzard game coverage.

We’re excited to unveil our new Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch news sections, where diehard fans and new players alike can stay up-to-date on gaming content they love. Learn more about the lore surrounding the newest Overwatch character. Discover the latest patch changes in Heroes of the Storm. These new content sections are accessible via the respective game logos at the top of the site.

Heroes of the Storm is Blizzard’s answer to the MOBA (Multplayer Online Battle Arena) genre after seeing the success of games such as Defends of the Ancients 2 and League of Legends. Overwatch is Blizzard’s answer to a team-based first-person shooter after the success of Valve’s Team Fortress 2 took the community by storm. Overwatch has enjoyed tremendous success with 30+ million players worldwide. The success prompted Blizzard to create Overwatch League… a dedicated E-Sports division for the game.
 

Josh has been an anime fan for nearly twenty years. In addition, he is a light novel author with over 25 books published as well as the owner of Meteora Press, his personal publishing label.
