Boss Rush Game Furi Is Getting A Nintendo Switch Release

The Jailer is the key

One of my surprise games from 2016, Furi, is now in line for a Nintendo Switch port. From the creative minds of The Game Bakers, Furi tells the story of a warrior who has been imprisoned. Tired of being captive, he plots an escape and has to take down his captors to escape. Only one problem – every encounter is against a boss. On the upside, this warrior is handy with a sword.

Yes, Furi is a boss rush game, but it’s a very enjoyable. In fact, our editor who reviewed the title thought very highly of the game. Check that out here.

The game features some very cool combat, as well exciting designs by Takashi Okazaki. But if there’s one thing that stands out, it’s the must – thanks to Carpenter Brut, Danger, The Toxic Avenger, Lorn, and others.

The Switch version will include all the content from the PS4 Xbox One, and PC versions. Including the “One More Fight” DLC. Furi is being priced at $20 and is set for a 2018 release date.

Furi‘s epic boss fights on the go? Yeah, I think I’ll be double dipping on this.
