“No Series Is Out Of The Question” In Regards To Switch Says TellTale Games

By Todd BlackSeptember 28, 2017
Batman: The Enemy Within TellTale Games

When Nintendo revealed the Switch last year, one of the big things they did was show off a list of 3rd party supporters who would be bringing games to the Switch. One of the biggest names on the list was TellTale Games, who hadn’t been on a Nintendo platform before. Yet, during the early months, there wasn’t any games from the developer on the system.

Then, came MineCraft: Story Mode, and the announcement that Batman and Guardians of the Galaxy would also come to the system. But is there more to come?  Well, MCV released an interview they did with TellTale’s Job Stauffer, and he commented that while a few titles have been revealed, that’s not going to be the end of it:

“We’re looking backwards and forwards [in our portfolio] and we’re really excited about the Switch. To say we’re steering away from other content because the audience isn’t there isn’t true. Looking at The Walking Dead, for instance, I don’t think we’re in as much of a rush right now, because looking into earlier seasons might require some additional effort to bring our content up to speed and up to Nintendo’s standards.

“No series is out of the question for us to bring to Switch. We’ll be examining everything and hopefully making a lot of fans happy. Plain and simple, the Nintendo Switch is a perfect match for Telltale. [Development has been] seamless and perfectly suited to everything that we do.”

This will no doubt bring much joy to fans, and hopefully we’ll get some more info on when these games will be coming soon.
