Earlier today, Nintendo confirmed that Monster Hunter Stories will be released in North America on September 8th. 2017. Originally the title was confirmed for a European release, however, there wasn’t any confirmation on a Western release date.

In addition to this news, there will also be a demo that will be released shortly. Beginning on August 10th, 2017, a Monster Hunter Stories demo will be available to download via the eShop. Gamers who enjoy the demo will be happy to know that their progress will carry over to the full version of the game.

Monster Hunter Stories is a spin-off of the immensely popular Monster Huner series. In Monster Hunter Stories, you’ll be teaming up with monsters to create powerful teams and partake in turn-based battles. The game will also include amiibo support, which will launch alongside the games’ release. I will must have them!

While it ain’t no Monster Hunter XX, I’m sure that us Westerns will take any Monster Hunter titles that we can get. Right?
