I know this comes at a really shitty time, with all the ethereum miners buying up just about every damned GPU they can find. However, tomorrow is the last day that you can purchase either a Nvidia GTX 1080 or GTX 1080 Ti and score a free copy of Destiny 2. While this promotion was launched during the second day of E3 2017, it was fairly limited as only a hand few of locations were part of this promo.
However, as I alluded to previously, just about every location has been sold out of any of these cards. Sold out or have had the prices driven up to a point where it makes no sense to purchase the card. Which has come at perhaps the worst time for gamers, since many simply won’t be able to find any cards to purchase as it stands.
Hopefully, Nvidia takes notice of this and extends this promo for a few extra days. Especially if they want to really show some love/support for the PC gaming crowd. Seriously Nvidia, please extend this promo.
Otherwise, tomorrow is the last day folks. I pray that those looking to take advantage of this deal find some GTX 1080 or GTX 1080 Ti’s to buy. Finally, to all you ethereum miners who are buying up all the cards for your personal use or selling them on eBay…. Thanks a lot!
