NieR: Automata Has Gone Gold, Releasing in March for North America

By Keith MitchellFebruary 3, 2017

Earlier today, Yosuke Saito, Square Enix Producer, announced that NieR: Automata has gone gold. I can’t tell you how happy that makes me feel, as I’ve been following this game for a while. Not to mention running through the demo multiple times and at the hardest setting. We’ll all have access to this game soon enough.

最近の流行りらしいから書けと言われたので書きますが、「ニーア オートマタはマスターアップしました!(随分前に)」というわけで、発売まで諸々よろしくお願い申し上げます。 #NieR pic.twitter.com/BPOyNipM08

Apparently, the title had actually gone gold some time ago, however, he’s just now announcing it. I suppose that makes sense as a bunch of other games had also announced their gold status. I guess he didn’t want NieR: Automata‘s announcement getting lost amongst them.

NieR: Automata is set for a March 7th release date on the PlayStation 4. The title is also getting a PC release, however, that release date is still unknown at this time.
